The Custom Order Process
Because quality takes time, your rug will be crafted individually upon receipt of your order. Please allow a production lead time of 4 to 6 weeks for the artisans to wash, spin, dye, and hand-weave the wool into your finished piece. We offer an extensive range of 67 sizes to ensure the perfect fit, from cozy 2x4 ft (61x122 cm) accent rugs to expansive 12x18 ft (366x549 cm) statement pieces for grand rooms.
